disrupt the normal flow of dialogue, cause a screen to "scroll" faster than other users of the Service are able to type, or otherwise act in a manner that negatively affects other users' ability to engage in real time exchanges;

interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;

intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or international law, including, but not limited to, regulations promulgated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, any rules of any national or other securities exchange, including, without limitation, the New York Stock Exchange, the American Stock Exchange or the NASDAQ, and any regulations having the force of law;

The Company does not represent or guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, timeliness or reliability of communications posted by users and does not endorse any opinions which may be expressed by any user. You understand and agree that any reliance on material posted by other users will be at your own risk.

You acknowledge and agree that the Company is not responsible or obligated to screen or monitor material posted by users, and will not be liable or responsible to any user for performance or nonperformance of such activities. If notified by a user of any communication which allegedly does not conform to this Agreement, the Company may in its discretion investigate the allegation and may thereafter determine in its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of the communication. You acknowledge and agree that the Company reserves the right to expel users and prevent their further access to the website for violating this agreement or any applicable law, and may remove communications which are considered to be, in the Company's sole judgment, unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, obscene, indecent, libelous, disruptive, hateful, infringing, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND PASSWORD

HookUp.com/We are committed to providing both clients and end-users with the utmost in privacy and security. We abide by all industry guidelines and consistently monitor our management and operating methods in order to maintain our valued reputation and integrity. This is our promise to our clients, and end-users.

Type of Information Collected
HookUp.com is a site offering Singles Matchmaking & Dating Services. Information is collected from the consumer through an online form. Applicants submit their name, address, title, e-mail address, and age along with other demographic information.

Use of Collected Information
Information is collected by HookUp.com but is the sole property of the advertiser and is shared only with the advertiser. Each advertiser individually controls what is done with the information collected. We host ads and collect the information from consumers on behalf of our client. We only use this information to audit accuracy. We guarantee unique users to our clients, and the auditing procedure ensures that promise.

Member Contact
If the opt-in box is selected on the entry form, we have permission to contact the applicant via electronic or postal mail regarding information, savings, or special offers that relate directly to the information, savings, or special offers that relate directly to the information they have provided. This is opt-in only, meaning that the applicant has complete control in allowing us to contact them. Things You Agree Not To Do

 

In connection with your use of the Site, you agree not to:

 

·                                 Use this Site to promote "get paid to read" or "get paid to click" type programs, or promote a pyramid scheme or similar multi-level marketing programs, or link to any site that does any of the foregoing.

 

·                                 If you have sold advertising space on your web site using the Site, remove the HookUP.com ad code prior to the end of all paid campaigns.

 

·                                 Engage in any "click spamming" (artificially inflating click counts or using any mechanism or process to entice your site visitors to click advertisements placed through the Site, or otherwise induce a visitor to click on an ad other than when visitors are actually interested in the product or service being offered). Click Spamming will result in your account losing credit for said clicks, and your account may be terminated. Further, if we determine that a link was purchased fraudulently, the link will be removed and no payments will be made to the site owner. We have a fraud detection team that works to detect fraud as early as possible to minimize such circumstances. Any person making a fraudulent purchase will be reported to the appropriate authorities and banned from future purchases.
